Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

We stayed here on our way to myrtle beach as a stop. When we pulled up everything looked great at a first glance. As a frequent traveller we booked with Hilton honors points and I requested 2 adjoining rooms. We were given two rooms across the hall from one another. The one room the air conditioner was not working at all it was warmer In the room than it was outside. When my mother made me aware of this I left our room to tell her I was going to talk to the front desk I opened our door to our room and the door literally fell off the hinges and would not close. I told the front desk and the gentleman was very understanding. He moved my mother to a new room with a functioning air conditioner, and sent maintenance up to fix our door. They were able to get the door fixed but I will be honest I dont think I slept a wink worried about the safety of my family and how long the screws would keep the door in place. In the morning I walked out to the car to start packing bags and there were 9mm shell casings in the parking lot 10 feet behind my vehicle. The hallways smelled very musty and the seems of the walls looked like they had Mold growing up them. Save your money and keep driving.

This location has a lot of potential, this hotel has a lot of potential. But after staying just one night, I can confidently say this is a hotel from hell. I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s because renovations are coming up or what. I would first like to say the front desk staff was amazing, I had to switch rooms because I had no microwave or fridge? And then I heard they didnโ€™t even have enough for all there rooms? And it took 40+ mins just for maintenance to come to my room, as well as both rooms I was in, all had stains on the floors and lights that didnโ€™t work or even switches that didnโ€™t either, even stains on the couches. Also the halls are different temperatures on each floor, lights missing or just out in the hallways, ice and vending area look miserable and one of the ice machines fell apart from touching it. Thereโ€™s also a lack of cameras everywhere, anything could happen and the hotel couldnโ€™t find who did it. Inside pool was fine, a little cloudy but thatโ€™s how most pools are nowadays due to how many people get in and out, food was expensive but good, same with the bar. There is a list of things that need to be fixed honestly, but Iโ€™d recommend is doing a walk through of the hotel a

A solid hotel for government rate. I was upgraded to suite for being a diamond member. Thought that was cool but when you walk in they cut out the carpet and I swear it looks like the cut out if a body. Head, arms and all. The door doesnt close all the way because it was blown off the hinges and my smoke detectors were removed and the room smells like pot. Other than that, a solid room to crash for a week or so. Restaurant/bar is nice. It is 8 dollars for a bottle of yuengling. I reccomend hitting the circle k down the street and getting a case for 1.10 a bottle. Staff is super friendly.

My significant other and I stayed for a romantic weekend getaway. Entering the hotel, the lobby is absolutely beautiful. I was annoyed from jump because the agent announced our room number during check in (which they should not) and only gave us 1 key with no envelope. When we entered the hotel room, it was dark, very dark because where the room was located it had no windows, which wasnโ€™t what was shown in the pictures on the website. The room just didnโ€™t feel clean either, like it really needed a deep cleaning. We had to clean out the whirlpool just because we didnโ€™t trust it and the jets werenโ€™t as strong as we thought theyโ€™d be. The room came with two TVโ€™s, one in the suite area and the other in the room but the one in the room didnโ€™t work and the one in the suite area had lines running through it. We called the front desk about the TVโ€™s and was told someone would come look at it. At that point, we just decided to change rooms. They assigned us another room with a window. Got all the way up the floor only to see that the room had not been cleaned yet! At this point weโ€™re getting frustrated! So with all our bags, we had to go back to the front desk to request another room, which
